differential flange bolts

so this past weekend i broke my driverside cv axle... and it bent the flange on the differential. The bolts on the flange all either broke or fell off.. i have no idea what size they are or where to get them. If anyone can give me any idea what size they are id really appreciate it. I'm also having ...

A couple small problems

I've got a couple issues with my car lately. I've actually always had these issues, but i've decided to take actions to tackle them recently. - First issue, and the most annoying one by far is my wire harness. Under the hood on the passenger side, i have a bunch of random connectors not plugged to a...

I want to see the installation manual. And take it apart. What a joke looks like a iat inline resistor, to give the ecu false iat temps, may work on a ecu that actually uses iat to correct timing/ fuel, but our ecus DONT use the iat for anything other than emmisions,. beats my guess... I thought it...

Well when i saw it, it was at night. Its not my crank pulley. It's the AC idler pulley i believe. And my motor mount is pretty much all but gone. It's not even supporting the weight of the motor anymore. But i can see how what i said was misunderstanding. Sorry about that.. I was talking about my ol...

if you are using hockey puck motor mounts then that is causing the pulley and sway bar to come into contact. After a while the hockey pucks soften either from the oil or water and in turn the motor gets lower. If your oil pan hangs lower than your sway bar then you need to swap your mounts *I used ...

Crank pulley scraping sway bar!?!?

Lately i've been driving around and ive been hearing a metal-metal scraping noise. Wasnt sure what it was for a while, and the engine still seemed very strong so i quickly concluded it wasn't internal. So i opened the hood and revved the motor a few times and saw tiny little sparks coming off my cra...

93 S13 with Tien S-Techs and stock dampers (bought it that way) My car is GREAT around town and corners very well, but on the highway not so much. I've been researching the possibility of getting some type of forced induction for my x5. It actually wouldn't be too hard of a project if i could get around to some practice in welding. It's just that, take for example, my 240. I run megasquirt. I dont have a mass air so my fuel and timing rely in the MAP and IAT sensors. I know if the IAT gets wet it becomes more sensitive to the air charge. It would read cooler than the actual air charge. But at the same time, if the IAT never re...

Something i noted:

If the IAT sensor never sees the injection, how would you monitor the temperature? Like in a direct port setup. You wouldn't be able to read/monitor the difference in IATs. If im missing something, please tell me. Is there some kind of way around it, or wha?

Sounds like you're blowing out your spark.. On my old sr20 setup, i had a bad coil and my engine would shutter really bad over ~8-10 psi. Kinda felt like the motor was dead. My friend has a meth injection setup in is wrx. Internal pump, 4 gallon tank mounted in trunk. Two nozzles just after the fmic. I wouldn't recommend placing the nozzles just before the trottle plate. With full bolt-ons, a 240sx might keep up with an si...but stock, the 240 is just slow.. My 4.0 Jeep Cherokee felt faster than my 240 stock for stock... The x5, as big of a heavy a** tank as it is, it's probably about as fast, and definitely has more top end. There is no denying the fact that a 240s...

the stock rods will handle ~350-400whp safely on a good tune

anything over that is entirely dependent on how "GOOD" your tune is...and even still, it's like walking on thin ice..
