Replaced the 240sx coupe :)
I've been searching for one of these since my 240sx was totalled by someone carelessly backing into it with a box truck. I've loved these cars for awhile now and I figured this was the perfect time to treat myself to a NICE car instead of the older cars I've had for the last 2 years so here she is: ...

Re: 300-350 whp in stock internals
Safe bet with AEM standalone? ... So Is it possible, with a healthy tune, to keep this much power around for a good amount of time? It's possible to have a VERY reliable stock-block KA-T at ~300rwhp. But IMO, it's NOT possible with an AEM. You'll screw with it someday and it will detonate *just a l...

MY opinion, and I mean this is my personal opinion, is I think you'll be fine. Keep your tune conserative and safe and don't get power hungry. Don't abuse the crap out of the car all day, every day and it'll last some time. Sure you can make 350whp but if you're hitting that EVERY TIMe you get out o...

I've called and talked with the Bullseye rep a couple of times and gone back and forth with him, as well as with another guy who is a distributor for their turbos so I'm getting more and more familiar with them. I'm more or less interested if anyone else has run this turbo before or known anyone els...

borg warner s360 turbo?
I know where one is for sale for a hell of a good price. It's a Non-ETT turbo with a .70 a/r exhaust housing and v-band exhaust flange. Here's some specs: Compressor Wheel Inducer - 60mm Compressor Wheel Exducer - 83mm Turbine Wheel Inducer - 74mm Turbine Wheel Exducer - 65mm I'm trying to decide if...

oh I'm not giving up. If I had the car wouldn't be running right now, because I had a heck of a time getting it to run at all at first when I swapped injectors. Don't worry, I won't give up. I'll get it idling where I want it and tuned how I want it for N/A so that I can finally boost thing like I'v...

did you rescale your start decay and crank pulse tables when you installed the larger injectors? I was having a hell of an issue with the car running horribly rich when I got it started, but once I gave it gas it'd clear out and run fine. I had to redo those tables and now it'll fire right up in no ...

I'm running an OBX fuel rail with Delphi 1000cc injectors, with a Fuel lab FPR. I paid $10 for a local machine shop to bore the injector bores from 11mm - 13mm. It's working good. Honestly though, I'll probably end up getting an Xcessive fuel rail to match my intake manifold when I get around to upg...

Depending on location I'm down. Next year I'll be done school so it would be much easier for me to take time off to do something. Here's my setup that I plan to run: Precision 5857 (I haven't decided on the .82 or .63 exhaust housing) Spearco Vertical flow intercooler. I don't mean to take away from the OP, but I wish to ask a question since people are weighing in here that have more tuning experience then myself. When you are tuning your timing how do you go about it? I noticed that the stock timing is linear (from what i've seen) and will gradually reduce as you...

Well, I'd still want to get it mounted up in the front of the vehicle as best I could for the sake of airflow across the intercooler. I would be a bit too paranoid about having it mounted in the fender and not getting enough air across. I think that piping would still be pretty easy to pull off with...

Personally I don't think it's too ambitious to want to bump compression a little to help with spool up and more power. A whole compression point is supposed to equate to roughly 5% more power and for those of us running corn I don't think we'll need to be too concerned with knock. On some of the e85...

anyone running higher compression?
Is there anyone running higher compression with their turbo? My ultimate plans are to bump up the compression to something like 10.5:1 in a built motor and run it off e85 for the xtra torque, power and better spool. I'm interested to hear if anyone else has done this or considered it?
