With a good tune that should be getting you ~320 HP

i have a b16 head (which is a honda civic motor) on my ka24de block (which is a nissan motor)......**** rocks...i rev to 10K and beat all sr20's...even vq's...this is the best frankenstein setup ever...hands down...you should try it...oh yea did i forgot to mention i have v-tec.... meh its too short IMO so your torque curve would be bad.

the dizzy bolts had come loose, and i guess i had bumped it at some point.. any way i was running like 8 deg of timming... not 20.. Your lucky, I got most of my inital turbo parts from a guy who forgot to tighten up his dizzy bolts and his went full advanced instead of retarted. That was the straw ...

ECU is really personal preference, if you want to tune it you'd need a wideband O2 sensor. There is no way in hell a KA24DET will pass smog, especially without a cat (lol). The stock crank should be fine up to 450 hp.

For the injector/fuel line knock em both down with the AEM kit.

Nice whip sdaigle. I heard that in CT you don't need to PASS emissions to register. Is that true (my DD is street legal and my 240 is dead)

Clearly they aren't gear heads or they'd know about a great thing called a TURBO that happens to make said four banger very formidable.
