Well it wasn't covered...thats why you got flamed for bringing up an old thread. Cory drives an S2000...not sure wtf happened to his KA-T. While I'm here I'[l give you a quick review of the Hallman PRO RX boost controller. It works well and I really glad I got the in-car boost control knob. I have ...

My greddy profec B II is also being a pain in the ass. one night I hit it and noticed that I did not hear the gate dump so I let off, I thought the solenoid went bad, I swapped that and still same issue. When I turn the unit off the gate opens on spring psi, I will check the wiring to the solenoid a...

Will buy a kit tomorrow, looking at this one
opinions greatly appreciated, with summer heat coming meth will be good for heatsoak
http://www.coolingmist.com/detailmain.aspx?pid=STMClear
should I go 150 psi or 250? I was opting for 250 for better atomization and having it kick on at like 15psi

Yes this is on stock ignition. Since I got the car all I really did was the Q45 rear end swap with 3.54 gears. The car was spinning on the dyno, the first 3 pulls we did in 3rd then the last one we decided to try 4th. It still spun a little but not as bad. In the original vids you can see the tires ...

I think you mean if speedo says 70 im doing 77? Since it would normally take 4.09 turns of the driveshaft to make one wheel rotation, it now takes 3.54 turns to do the same, so less turns more speed? Plus my wheel size is larger but not trying to factor that in right now. Yeah, you're right. I'm ru...

S13: http://forums.freshalloy.com/showthread.php?t=111713 S14: http://forums.freshalloy.com/showthread.php?t=124389 According to my quick calculations, your gearing makes your speedo about 9% off, assuming your tires have the same rolling diameter is stock. So, if you're speedo says 70mph, you're a...

3.54 rear gears swapped in, how can I get speedo calibrated?
I swapped in 3.54 gears into my car last night using a 1994 Q45 rear end, hubs, drivers side axle, z32TT drivers side axle. I'm sure you are all familiar with this swap. I did some searching on here, google, and other 240sx forums and didn't find much. How can I get the speedometer to read correctly...

Do it, the 454 has so much potential. To give you a hint my boys car runs 8's all day with a 302 in his car. ya, dont mind the other 30k that it takes to make a descent 8 second ride  All it had was a cam, headers, intake, and holley carb. Stock heads, no nitrous. Trapping 199mph Wow, you sur...

Back at KA-t.org with my 2nd 98 240sx
I had a black 1998 240sx before, was going to go KA-t with it, ended up selling it, then about a year after(currently) I purchased a car that is probably well known to some of the members on here. I got it from a nice guy by the name of Ben, user name Pearl240sx. It's another 1998 240sx, pearl white...
