NIStune has a system that automatically calculates the K-Constant based on the change from factory injectors to a larger set. Keep in mind this value is designed to keep the car rich (safe). Did it flood? Pull plugs and checked if they are soaked. Disconnect all the injectors and attempt restart, if it starts then dies, reconnect them and retry another restart.
