Thanks everyone for the information! Hopefully the built in peak and hold works fine. Odd that the high power guys are using the additional peak and hold along with the ems.

I know that it comes built into the unit, but why do some guys run an AEM EMS and also the injector driver if its already built in? Ramon and Ivan's builds in the rides section have them running both the ems and injector driver.

They are low impedence. I have not contacted AEM. I know that the car will run with them, but tuning/idle is my concern.

Precision 165lb injector questions

I am making the switch over to E85, and will hopefully be in the 450-500whp range. I did all my research in regards to what size injectors I will need, and I wanted to make sure that I had enough fuel to not be at a high duty cycle, and also for future power upgrades. So my question is can 165lb inj...

Hopefully soon I will be able to pick up some radials and take it to the track again. I just moved to El Paso TX, and they dont have 93 octane here! So right now I am looking into my options of switching to e85... or I might have to settle for 91 =( I am sure I will run better times with my 2 step a...

Update.. fixed: Alright here is what I did so if anyone else ends up with a similar issue. - Car was running very rough and super rich. Rich enough that smoke was coming out of the exhaust (see video). - Figured hey it must be the timing. Took the front cover off to set the mechanical timing about 5...

I will check it tomorrow, but that would be really weird. When I pulled the car apart it was running with no major issues like this. Why does it run with the AEM trigger wheel, but not with the OEM one?

Ended up moving the battery ground to the trunk instead of the chassis. Now have power to everything. So grounding it to the actual body instead of the frame/chassis was better.

Battery relocated, now no power at all?

I relocated my battery to the trunk, but when I turn the key on I get nothing. No lights, no pump, nothing. So i checked the voltage at the battery. 12.5.. so battery is good. Then I check the voltage at the starter. 0.50 wtf? I disconnect the wires that lead to the fuse box and then there is 12.5 a...
