What did you use for a driveshaft? Are the output splines and shaft the same? Im looking at a kit by LOJ that looks good but not keen on buying a new DS as well.

Re: KA-T build stuck
X2 on exhaust leaks, I thought I was good but it turned out my cheap ebay wastegate was leaking bad. I took it out, took it apart, re-lapped/seated the valve and tightened down components and now my AFRs are almost perfect. I am running open dump so I'm wondering how/ if that is affecting readings

Mounted just under the battery tray location.
I got an aluminum housing from MAP performance. I highly suggest it. I'm pretty retarded with soldering and it was straightforward of a swap from the stock to their housing. And it seems very solid not worried about leaks at all.

Re: Spun Bearing Questions
To resolve this thread, I had to pull everything apart to check the bearings... when I finally get to the machine shop to get their opinion, it turned out the flywheel was loosening O_0 ... on my initial inspection it wasn't apparent because it was galled onto the center ring and felt sturdy. I had ...

Adjusted Idle, now runs like trash.
So after resolving some issues (flywheel bolts loosened) I put my car back together and she was running pretty great. For about 2 weeks. AFRs around 14.5-15.5 at idle, idling at around 1k. I double checked the timing with a light and it was maybe advanced just a touch but close to 20. Yesterday I wa...

Yes fresh oil 10w30 full synthetic. Unfortunately no oil pressure monitoring. There were a few dead cranks before I changed the oil but even on swapping the oil the old stuff looked brand new so I don't think it was that. I was a bit concerned the turbo was robbing it somehow since Chinese? But I wa...

Cool i know the CR of my pistons, but i was going to order an Enthalpy board so i was under the impression there would be no secondary tunes (that i dont pay for) and it would be plug and play.

how to calculate compression?
So my motor was assembled quite a while ago and i am unsure of the amount the machineist took off of the head / block. I remember at the time being worried about valve clearance so i got a thick head gasket from Cosworth. now i finally have the money for buying a tuned ecu and turbo. But dont know w...

Intermittent Failure on OBDII
I have a 95 stock SE automatic as my daily driver. to bring you up to speed on the issue; In the past i thought it may have been solely a MAFS issue because sometimes it would run fine and others just buck and cut off at 2.5k rpms. so i got a new-to-me MAFS that was known to be working and replaced....

Re: Help with my Turbo List
For the oil line situation you will want to get either a sandwich plate to connect to where your oil filter is and that should have some "T" off lines so you can connect aux oil pressure gauge (which is important because oiling is something that kills our motors quick, you want to keep an ...

Oh update on this! While i was searching around yes you can get a fitting on summit that is similar however it isn't exactly stock spec. Initially i had actually planned to use 550cc injectors but from what i read they wouldnt get me safely to 350whp range? if what you say is true that would be great though! i wanted the extra size more for safety than growth potential. those ford injectors are cheap :D ! says sold in set of 8s i won...

Pretty sure it's a MAFS issue, ran an OBDII sensor on it and came up with the relevant code. also when i would unplug the MAFS it would act the same as it would when it was having the issue.
