It's casted iron with matched ports and divided outlet - meant for fast response vs gross HP/High end power.

What do you mean you can't find any good top mounted manifolds?

Xcessice Manufacturing, DOC Race, and Blueridge Motorsports all make a good top mount t3/t4 top mount.

Unless you meant the "best of the cheap" then yeah that OBX one will be one of the better ones.

I have their bottom mounted one that I've been using for some months with no problem. The welds and tubing are thick and good quality. Turbo fitment was superb as it left the turbo in almost the same spot where the stock SR manifold (converted to KA) places it, so everything bolted right up. HOWEVER...
