I did some research on MSPNP and there seems to be a TON of hate on it lol. I've been searching lightly for tuners for the system in socal and there seems to be none. Any reasons?

Where did you hear that? All it needs to do is see constant vacuum on the solenoid for the Egr and youre good. I was having the same problem so I removed the BPT diaphragm and ran straight vacuum to the solenoid. Even though my Egr tube is clogged, it still doesn't trigger the cel now. O.o I learne...
