Are u running these inserts with 10mm arp studds or the upgraded 11mm

you could just use this http://www.summitracing.com/parts/vpe-11189/overview/ with a good check valve not a plastic pos one a lot of v8 guys run these and they don't have any issues I plan to use this on my setup when its ready to run again by running my valve cover and pcv valve to a y or t fitting...

Haha, I also have an s15 hlsd in my car right now with 4.08 fd. It's in an s14 housing with energy suspension bushing in the housing. The head is still out I havnt even assembled the motor yet im waiting in my rotating assembly to get back from being balanced. Im just trying to find some cams that will put my valve springs to use and give me awsome results compared to to drop in style cams

mine cleared the squirters. just had to use a cast iron carbide bur to take out material it honestly wasn't that hard took a couple of hours im hoping to rev to 8k maybe a lil more with it depends on how the power curve go's

Im a student so I get 50% off snap on, mac, and matco tools so it wasnt to bad of an investment there alot better then my craftsman stuff lol plus I needed them for work that way I can keep some stuff at the garage at home

yes they do i believe there like 3 or 4 dollars a piece from supertech

i got em from a member off here and yes there supertechs you can call them and order some from them for around 280 straight from them, but from any other place ur looking around 350 and no there just buckets u cant order shims till u get ur cams and have ur valves and springs set up first and measur...

new shim under buckets. now all i need is cams, shims, head studs, and clutch/flywheel and motor will be ready to finish after porting is done

ya i just want my complete rear assembly to be as solid as possible.

plus people say the slop can crack the rear diff cover or push out gaskets and cause it to leak. but personally i never use a gasket on rear ends just rtv black
