Yes both upper guides are removed...ijust didnt think they would be louder with bc valve lash I thought it was tighter for max lift not anything to do with the noise

Yes thats what I meant...should I do bc specs for valve lash or fsm specs? .008 seems tight do they require that lash to make less noise?

built motor with 1,300 miles on it..i putt some bc 264's in and its now making a tapp noise like the valve train is louder...i didnt shim them but they werent way off tightest one was .oo8 and no looser than .0014 i put the old cams back in that i shimmed when the motor was built doesnt seem as loud...

its a pte 6152 they didnt give me a graph...its was on 16-17 psi

eagle rods arias pistons arp mains and headstuds 248/232 cams on 16 psi made 350 wheel on a dyno dynamics. megasquirt 550cc injectors tial 38mm wastegate.i expected more intercooler core is kinda small its about a foot tall 32 inchs long.is that killin my numbers? putting 264's in it next week
