Well went under the car and noticed I had zero free play in my clutch fork! and that the bearing was right up against the pressure plate! I think that is my issue. going to take off the tranny AGAIN and see why it didnt have any free play.

after weekend update!!!

350z throw out bearing WILL NOT work on this setup! the issue was only semi fixed with adjusting clutch pedal. only made it slip some times but enough to still overheat the clutch after 20-30 min drives!

taking out the 350z TOB and replacing it with a 240sx one.

what the reason for putting a 350z clutch on? its like the white bunny setup except even bigger contact patch :). I think the white bunny is 240mm while the 350z is closer to 250mm and even on a stock clutch probably holds more than most stage 2-3 clutches out there for the ka-t. For example a stag...
