An important thing I would also look into would be tuning. You could either go with a piggy back type set-up, or a full stand alone unit like AEM or MegaSquirt. The MS is a great deal if willing to put in the time. I would also look into upgrading your maf to either a Z32 or Ford unit, and if planni...

If your friend is a welding "God", why not ask him or go with what he says? I'm sure he's a better welder with more experience on working with metal than 99% of the members here. I'd go with what he says and run with it. /douchery

Great job on the build! I love the attention to detail throughout the entire vehicle. One of the cleanest engine bays I've seen yet. I’m sure the pics don’t do any justice compared to seeing it in person.

ARK Designs, STACK or MoTec multifunction dispays works great if got the funds. I think Autometer has one as well iirc. Can't beat having all your engine vital's on one display.

I've already been over all that.. it would cost a lot to make it work to. What I'm saying is I have a fully built ka, the only thing I don't have is forged pistons and want to run stock for a while and need to know how much stock pistons can handle. A "fully built ka" with stock pistons d...

Ive used the generic DNJ Engine Components pump w/front cover that rockauto.com sells for $220. No issues on a stock motor for about 20k miles. Another option (if you're anal like me) is getting the oil pump gears WPC treated. I ended up buying a new oem front cover from a member here and sent in th...

ensure your tps is in range (.64v with the throttle body closed) and that your maf is working ( see if it revs past 3500 ) these tow things could very easly cause a rich condition also, coolant temp sensor can dramaticly affect fueling Well I took all these parts out of the camo 240 that I wrecked....

If its constantly rich, a faulty sensor or wire could be sending incorrect readings to your ecu. Might want to check the wires/clip on the MAF and the O2 sensor/wiring to see if they're good.

I dont understand why people dont invest the very first money in their project budget on the most important mod....tuneability!!! $600 gets you a DIYPNP and a innovate MTXL wideband. Put this on the car stock before you start modding it . Learn to tune it to where it at least runs as good or better...

If didn’t yet, eliminate the obvious stuff first like power, fuel and spark. Check the immediate area around the parts you where removing/installing and see if anything got disconnected or damaged.
