Not entirely true. There was a fine line cut off between OBD1 and 2 on the 1995 Altima. I lucked out and got my hands on a 1995 OBD1 5 speed. No emissions testing, horray! Regardless I'm not entirely sure on the real life application of such a swap. I just thought I'd put my two cents in. I suppose ...
