I've had my Godspeed cast iron for about a year of daily abuse. I used the T3 holes and put bolts into the T4 holes grinded them flat while the manifold was in the car, It was not even that good of a job and I have absolutely no issues. I love this manifold it is a trooper. I don't see why you are s...

Been hearing a lot of bad joo jooo from wiseco pistons lately, but it was probably improperly gapped rings or wrong position like others mentioned. Any warranty from whoever built your block if they were at fault

I totally understand preparing for the future but it should be pretty easy since the fueling curve is about the same, you can just raise K value.. I ended up raising mine about 40% to get it where it needed to be for e85. You will have to clean the tune up a little, but it should get you really clo...

Hi everyone, I realize ya'll might be curious why i'm not doing much moderation and not having almost any part of any conversation on ka-t right now. I've been *extremely* occupied with a number of important factors in life and I'd like to share a couple of those details with you guys. 1) The big o...

I'm sure everyone on here will benefit from hosted E-85 tunes! So please chip in! ...

Excessive wheel vibration

Went out to the hang today and noticed that my right front tire (Passenger) vibrates excessively after 55mph and continues to about 65mph and then once I hit 70+ Mph the vibration stops almost complete. What does the front suspension consist off ? I want to replace all of it. I know its a lower cont...

When you say 25 degrees after TDC , Does this means the spark is occuring Closer to TDC on the compression stroke? For example 15 degrees TDC .....crap I'm confusing myself. I'm trying to understand what *degrees* really mean don't mean to sound like a retard :?

Yeah I hope so, an extra car would be great. will be getting a j30 sometime soon before our 1/8th mile track opens back up for the summer. Wheelspin+dropping out of the powerband into 3rd definitely hurt me. It's really more than you would expect (hurting you) when I said 1 to 1 1/2 that was on the...

Time for a J30 Dif my friend!!!! definately would have changed the outcome. I'd say 1 or 1/2 cars closer due to your wheel spin and bog into third (because of low rpm). Happens to me all the time!

Piston squirters are there to cool down the piston. In n/a, yes it is over kill but when you boost, the cylinder pressures increase hence hotter cylinders so squirters will help cool pistons and essentially help prevent detonation or stop your pistons from melting. Now, forged pistons do not have t...

Dont put your car under load/boost on a safc. They are not friendly on KA's . Like supa said I would definately wait until you can afford a rom tune for your current setup and ditch the 370cc injectors they are pretty much useless on the KA. I found out the hard way. I'm maxing mine out at 8 psi on ...
