sheet metal is tricky to weld. if you just go to town on it, it will warp like bacon. you must weld in sections like this (all welds start on the same side, all left to right) Weld all the 1s first. (2-4 inches long) then weld all the 2s and so forth | 1 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1 | 4 | 3 | 2 |...

that one is :/

id get one made custom to your setup. muffler shops are only going to have steel pipe and maybe stainless if you're very lucky

Auto specialty and race shops will have aluminum and the ability to form and weld it.

As for the felpro problems... I did a head swap on a bmw m20 motor with the customer supplied felpro gasket. A few days later there were minor leaks from the head. I removed it and this time used the reinz gasket i always use and another set of bolts and did it over again. 40k miles later 0 problems

if all of your bends are in one plane, you can take a piece of cardboard and make a template of where you want the bends and what radius.

This will also give you an idea of what clearances you will have

think like this

Mine is made of that as well, purchased all the pipe from acestainless.com My flanges came from bmcrace.com. really nice and great price. well said. a customer brought almost exactly these parts in for...
