Hey man keep up the good work!! love everything your doing and wanted to ask how you like megasquirt? Im in the process of finishing up buying everything for my turbo kit and was planning on using megasquirt but havent really talked to someone in depth about install/tuning a Ka-t yet.

finally started working on my engine!!

you can see were it broke on this new one-_- butttt i should have it running by the end of the week!!

ya man it was **** but now i got all my parts and get to start working on it again next week cuz my break is finally over!

haha ya **** happens it better last longer than 10 miles next time!!

ya they are two piece valves but are still good valves and BC has great customer service so i really couldnt complain.

now your making me have second thoughts on doing it-_- but maybe ill find someone how could do it for me

Yes these were BC. i did the whole BC valve train train myself with the help of my professor who double checked all my work. The break in the valve was .049 of a break so BC said that it either hit the piston, the valve got stuck open, or from overheating. To me the break was perfect of were the val...

hey man everything looks good! were you just running on a stock ecu? i plan on getting megasquirt as well so im waiting to put my turbo on until then thats why im asking

found out that one of the valves broke in cylinder #4 aka why there was no spark plug! will post pics of the damage that was done:(

Thanks man! it wasnt from it overheating it was from a valve!! **** IT UP BAD so i got another engine and just waiting on the replacement parts lol

it overheated and put a put a hole in my 4th piston and ate my sparkplug!! it was my dumbass fault and hope the head isnt ***** up!!

Finally got to start the car!! gotta check my timing and pick up my belt and i can finally drive her again! Those motor mounts do shake the car but ill get past that!
