I've seen a few set-ups still with A/C. Might be a bit more tricky to do then if it wasn't there but it can be done. Don't mean to thread jack but I can't post questions... for those who are running ebay top mounts, what is the quality like? Will I burn through? I remember my brothers old 1g talon ...

No definitely don't do this. That doesn't even make sense. To take away material so your used rings will reseal? Lol it will have an opposite effect

I run a AEM FIC6 on my 93 s13 KA-T and haven't had any problems. You will have to splice your own harness though... I would also suggest the patch harness so your not cutting up your factory harness. The interfaces are real easy to use.

I run a low compression Weisco .40 over with file fit rings. Real good quality and am very happy with them, they take a beating

Rebuilding a motor is definitely a rewarding project but very stressful your first time, clearances have to be perfect. If your just wanting a motor to throw in and cruise around for a few months or so just buy a running KA. Rebuilding a motor takes a good chunk of time and if something screws up yo...

Top mount KA-T, mild cams, forged weiscos .40 over Its my daily driver and I drive 500kms a week, lowered to 5psi and I tune it for more mpg, wideband reads 15.4 on average and I get 400km per $60. So what every that works out to be lol That's pretty much all highway and I usually never go over 3500...

Hey my name is Jacob, I'm from Smiths Falls Ontario. I have a 93 coupe with a KA-T. This is my 3rd motor, bored this one out .40 tuned by myself with a AEM FIC6.
