KA-T + something very different
Wow, KA-T things have really really really changed since I built my setup ages ago. Just the simple fact that you can BUY an off the shelf manifold amazes me. o.O That being said, i've had this KA-t for many moons, and its travelled from car to car with me.... Unfortunately I got sick of 240 ownersh...

Thanks scooter. :p Unfortunately I can't redo my engine management anymore. I'm still trying to figure out where my oil is going? o.O compression test yielded 150 psi across the board. I think i'm going to try a leak down test next...... or I might need to rebuild my turbo? Either way no engine mana...

Using Emanage? How?
I've been using emange for a LOOONG TIME. I've also had the same problems forever. It never really got worse and the car ran ok so I never asked questions... until now. :D For some reason while dyno-ing my car the part throttle is untunable. It's always near 16:1. Is this right? Even after removing ...

Rebuild Time
So what if my KA drank 2 quarts of oil in one day? After have a KA-t for almost 3 years it is finally starting to go. Drinking water, drinking oil, blowing smoke. I don't even want to compression test it. I know it's bad. Even if its a head gasket NOW, it's due for a full rebuild soon anyway...

What FPR are you running? Have you checked your fuel pressure? Check for vacuum leaks and if the plugs are fouled. Does it work fine when you turn it back to 7 now? Stock FPR, and I have yet to check the fuel pressure. I'm pretty sure there are no vaccum leaks. I've checked it loads of times. Works...

Hmm, how did you know it was dumping fuel? Was it just sputtering? Could it have been misfire? What plug gap are you running? Plugs are stock plugs gapped at .030. I had a wideband. I don't think it could have been a misfire. It was hissing and spitting and bogging thats seriously the best way I ca...

Problems of Every Sort...
Hi. I'm new here. :D I've been running my KA-T for two long years and i've been stuck to 7.0 psi of boost. I tried upping it to 10 but the car started dumping fuel and it hissed, spit, bogged, it's way to redline and it was very annoying/scary. I tried taking out fuel but e-manage doesn't agree with...
