thats the great thing about trueprotein - great taste, quality, and the best prices i've found. Considering most of us blow tons of money on our cars, I know that not a lot of us have a lot left over for protein supplements. Did you guys notice how they have whey protein concentrate for like 5.39 a ...

Not sure how many of you guys are into weight lifting, bodybuilding, power lifting, or nutrition in general, but I thought I would pass this along to you guys who may be interested (mainly you guys who are stuck using GNC crap because you can't find the good stuff for good prices). In case, you didn...

after further checking, I figured that something must be wrong with the way that the oil pump was setup. Sooo I pull the oil pump to try and adjust the shaft, but the shaft had fallen out while trying to take the pump off, so I had no idea where it was originially setup for. I tried to make an educa...

Fuel pump appears to be fine; it sounds normal when it primes. I'm not sure of the fuel pressure, since I dont have a gauge, but i'll try to source one. The thing is, it seems to be running on 3 cyl. I'm gonna check the injectors tomorrow. Yes, all 4 cyl are getting good spark.

Problems with freshly built SOHC-T

Thought I would post it here, since it's about a SOHC-T. Most of you know about my old setup finally blowin' (stock block/ T3 .48 ), and now I built the motor and such and now run a T3/T04 .63 trim. I posted this thread in KA-T Basic, but i'm not getting much of a response. Here it is: http://www.ka...

Fixed the bend in the vac line at the FPR; also found another vac leak. leaned the motor a bit with the SAFC-II, ran it a while, then shut it down. Pulled the plugs and #4 was pure black with gas on it; the other 3 were a bit white (from leaning it). Changed them for fresh plugs, and still no change...

Thanks for the quick response; i'll try those things out tomorrow. Anyone else have any ideas?

Now that I think about it, upon reviewing for vac leaks, it seems like the vac line connecting to the FPR may have a bend in it, preventing adequate vac. Think this could be a problem?

new build bucks like a horse/sputters

Sup guys, I recently blew my motor, built it, dropped it back in, and have been running into problems. The car now idles at around 1k (a bit rough of an idle tho - it still needs some fine tuning as far as timing goes), When you accelerate down the road though, the car bucks like a horse, sputters, ...

Few problems fixed, even more arise. Seems to be the story of this cars life ... Seems like you can just change the springs inside the oil pump to raise the pressure if you need to. Then again, they may cost more than a factory oil pump off of an 280
