4. Pics below show that this head is not a 240sx head, but as someone had pointed out to me, it looks to be a Nissan Frontier head. Note the "missing" 11th and 12th cam caps near the rear of the engine. I looked up the speedometer clusters for both and the 240sx cluster appear to redline ...

I think that wastegate tube on the manifold is the issue. When the exhaust velocity REALLY gets going (you know, around 4500-5000 or so under full boil...right where you're having a problem)...it's hard to make it flow in a U-turn, rather than up and out the collector. I think your only option will ...

DO NOT turbo your car using stock injectors and stock fuel pump. You're gonna run out of fuel at ~3500rpm under ANY boost. It's possible to have a VERY reliable stock-block KA-T at ~300rwhp. But IMO, it's NOT possible with an AEM. IMO, the 45/50/56 columns of your timing map is WAY too aggressive for a stock block. 18*, between 2400-5200...is a lot. If the wire you used to relocate the battery was to fray, and ground out...you'd have a serious potential for things to melt/fry/burn.
