Stock fuel pressure regulator? Maybe it's gummed up with E85 gunk? Did you pull out injectors and look at them?

Nothing, if the motor is in good shape boost away. Head studs and a good head gasket do help though. Rods are known to get weak around the 400 hp mark.

I'd be interested in trying it out. I can do COP ignition with nismotronic but I would have to trade over to an SR ecu. Alonso I believe made it work.

Kinda sounds like injector latency/offset is off (needs to be adjusted in tune).

Ball bearing or journal? What size oil feed line are you running? How is your PCV setup? How big an air filter are you running?

Your probably going to need to use lots of penetrating lube. Soak the turbine bolts over night. My suggestion would be to find a plastic deadblow hammer for assistance.

You could try loosening all the Turbo CHRA bolts that hold it to the turbine housing. Once you remove the compressor and CHRA you should have some more room. Alternatively you could try and see if you could get a crow's foot in there.

Safc less then ideal. Check this thread for some settings:
