Oh and another thing. My brother was the one on the wheel when I did my compression check. Unfortunately, he's a "Honda Boy" so he didn't step on the gas pedal for WOT. I'll re-do my compression check again later on.

Update. I checked the voltage and ohms for the injector harness which proved to be within specs. I also checked the resistance on the injector for #2 cylinder, its also within spec. From what I've read here last night, the injector drivers on the ECU has a tendency to go bad. So, I replaced my '96 E...

I ran the motor and started pulling the plug wires one by one. Each wire made a crackling noise which means theres spark right?

Also, like my question earlier. Would an injector still not spray even if It makes the "ticking" sound?

My car didn't smoke at all. When I pulled my spark plug on #2 cylinder, it looked like it never fired it looks the same way when I installed it. That same cylinder never gets hot either. I've changed the injector on that cylinder twice already. It also "ticks" when I listened to it while r...

So you're saying that it might be possible that I have a cracked block then? Does the head have anything to do with that, like the valve stems or seals?

Blown Piston Ring Confirmation

I just recently removed my turbo set up and put everything back to stock on my engine to get it ready for smog. Now its running on 3 cylinders. Checked the spark and its all good. Fuel is good as well. If i unplug the injector clip on #2, it still runs. Same thing happened when i unplugged the spark...

Timing Dilemma

I've recently put my car to stock, except the pistons. The pistons are Arias 8.8:1 (20 over). I've installed the stock ECU, stock 270cc injectors, and stock MAF. What timing should I be looking at? Do I just keep the stock timing or do I need to retard it or advance? Thanks!

I know 1995-1998 tranmissions has a hole on the top of the bellhousing. Its for the crank position sensor. 1989-1994 transmissions do not have this hole... Now, to distinguish 1989-1990 with 1991-1994, I have no clue what the difference is.

Cross Threaded Compressor Housing Bolt

So I re-clocked my turbo today and accidentally cross threaded one of the six compressor housing bolts. As of right now I currently have five bolts holding the compressor housing, is this safe to drive around with until I get it fixed? If so, how much boost can I run it with? Thanks in advance guys.

Yup. Just like eazy said, eBay radiators are pretty good. Haven't had an issue on mine. Aluminum ones though. Mishimoto's price ($225) went up for some reason. But checkout "Blackworks". That's what i have on my s14 and they're only $188!
