Sorry for the late reply, but better late than never! Your timing is probably out of sync. Make sure your distributor is installed properly, you can check how to do it in the tech section, and from there you can fine tune it with the AEM. As long as you have it pretty close to where it needs to be i...

LS1/LS2 are good coils but if you want serious ignition go with the IGN-1A coils, probably the best coils you can buy besides an M&W ignition system which is $$$.

naaa 2jz's like to run on the leaner side. most people dont know the best afr for a turbo car on race gas is 12.5 but most motors arent balnced enough cyl to cyl to run that lean. i like to run it a little leaner at the track since its only for 10 seconds ata time ;)

2JZ 240 in the 10's

Went to Milan dragway on sunday and was able to pull off a 10.3@131mph. Best mph was a 10.4@136 both runs at about 27psi. Was gonna try to get some 9's with more boost but ended up running out of race gas. Ill just save that for the next track event!

Wel heres a pic of a cast exhaust manifold on a DSM I welded a t3 flange on for a holset turbo and a stainless elbow for a wastegate. Both welds are holding up great with no bad signs. They werent preheated either. http://i163.photobucket.com/albums/t319/xeviltomx/DSC_0214.jpg http://i163.photobucke...

You need to use less heat and slow your rate of travel for your welds if those are tig welds we're looking at. Use 99% nickel rod for welding cast. Tig is great for welding cast if you do it right, you wont have to preheat. I never preheat but I have a lot of experience welding it. It will pick up h...
