Can someone explain "Load" to me? How is it defined? What does it mean to you on the map? From reading, when you go WOT you use the right side of the map. For idle, you use toward the left side. What exactly determines where in Load you are? Thanks for answering this noob question in advan...

I want to turbo my car. Just waiting for my house to be built first. 2 car garage will be a lot nicer to work in than getting in trouble working on my car in the parking lot of the townhomes I'm in now. That and the $8000 first time home-buyer thing will be nice too.

Not sure where the trans thing came in, but maybe you're suggesting that everything wasn't aligned when I torqued it?

I originally torqued it without tension on it, when I checked it again it was with tension on the belt.

I'll just torque the **** out of it this time and use loctite again. :P

KADE alternator bolt

:?

So I lost another alternator pivot bolt. The one that mounts the alt. at the bottom to the block. I've replaced it before because I have already lost one. The last time I even used Loctite.

Any suggestions, short of drilling a hole in the bolt and putting some safety wire?

Why not point a pipe cleaner/piece of wire from the mark thing to the pulley to make it closer. And use some white out on the pulley to make the timing marks show up better.

How much did that maaco stuffs costs you? Which service did you use?

My car was painted by maaco before I bought it and it looks like complete **** now. But I wouldn't mind a few hundred to get me by till my suspension and engine are in line and then do the bodywork right.

I believe the stock wheel in a 91 is 380mm.

I have a Personal Neo Grinta 350mm and it's great. Love it to death. I replaced my wheel cause the old one was leaving black stuff on my hands from driving and if I tried to clean it, it only made it worse.

How far are you from your tv? If you're more than say 6-7' then you probably aren't going to notice a big difference. :P The only reason you would see a difference is because the TV you bought has a native resolution of 1080p (fixed pixels) and would have to upscale a 720p signal. So then it depends...

I've been suspecting my injectors of that. My MPG is down and it's been harder to start lately and hasn't been running as smooth. Eh, maybe I'll just wait till I get everything pieced together and swap to bigger injectors. lol
