DIYPNP HELP!!

First off, this is not a KA. I bought a kit and my buddy put it together for the SR20DET. Everything seems to be wired correctly. We can put coils and injectors in test mode and they fire, pump primes, and all sensors are reading. The problem is when the car is turning over, there is no signal from ...

Thats a different manifold than mine... if the flange is not turned that 1/4 of an inch or however much its angled, it will not fit... if its a KA manifold you don't have to worry because all those looked to be angled slightly

Well mine isn't working, several factors could be different for you. I'm using this on an sr, manifold is almost identical though but mine is cast. One problem i am having is there is no brake booster clearance. I'm hopefully going to solve this by either loosening mounts and moving motor a bit, or ...

That's what I'm worried about... some places are notorious for not checking fitment. I'm hoping this isn't the case bc I already paid for it
Otherwise I'm gonna have two useless down pipes

top mount set up downpipe

I know this is a KA-T forum, but I was wondering if anyone had tried the topmount set up down pipe and if anyone had clearance issues or any pictures of it installed. They list 2 on their website, one that is for a top mount set up with 2 oxygen sensor bungs, and then there is one that comes with an...

the factor ka-e connectors will work, but you will have to trim some of the plastic off of the injectors. This works surprisingly well, the clips are not loose and fit very snuggly on the injectors. The injectors are drop in, but I think its best if you install new o-ring kits on the injectors whene...

garden hose is definately not a good idea... You need a return line that is oil resistant, a garden hose gets soft whenever hot water is put through it, much less hot oil. Oil is acidic after it has been ran and will break down the material the garden hose is made of. I would atleast recommend going...

You can still use the same down pipe, the flange will have to be cut, turned, and rewelded. I'll sacrifice that for a reliable manifold.. And his wastegate flanges are on the bottom of the mani, that's why you never see them
