99$ for 9whp in NA form is not bad at all actually. They can be had for cheaper used. Plus I'm going all NA, every bit counts :) Then going V8 not gonna mess with turbo power. I love NA power but for now this keeps me happy :) Reason for PS delete is I'm putting in a custom made manual rack... its m...

also one of the benefits of doing a rear mounted setup is shifting weight back. I want to some day to do an ls1 swap... and if i want more power i figure a twin turbo setup would be smart... to make weight backwards and maintain weight ratio + lack of space in the front i'd do a rear mounted setup a...

Anyone considered doing a rear mounted turbo setup on a ka
I was thinking about it recently... no need for manifold, intercooler (well could do it), just piping back and forth and cut up exhaust/muffler where turbo would go. The rest may be nistune, injectors and that sort of thing going. Thoughts? I figured this may not be such a bad idea. Get a cheap t3, ...

Idling problem, running rich + car dies help me
Okay so, I already created the other thread in regards to the fpr install but let me explain. To begin with I have a high idle ever since I converted the car to manual. Whenever you put the car into neutral it would climb up to 2k rpm then slowly die down to 1k rpm but i mean slowly. Go back and go ...

Tried installing nismo fpr type a on my ka24de...
Tried installing nismo fpr type a on my ka24de... but it doesn't fit... the screw and everything is unreachable... what the hell. I thought this was suppose to be a stock like aftermarket replacement from nissan. My friend/mechanic recommended me getting an inline one or something.

I'm thinking he means that there has been a LOT more research/parts development put into the SR for tracking it. It was used in the jgtc 300 class after all. There are a lot of 500hp track silvia's over in japan as well, usually a s15. But I think the ka could do just as well if it had the time/dev...

Hey I'm completely new to this, never done any tuning but it looks friendly enough. I can solder precisely (even smd stuff hahahaha...) so that's not a problem... never done any engine tuning though, but I want to give this a try in a month or so...
