Ha, yeah, it could be that too. Contrary to what some KA owners believe, it is actually recommended by NISSAN to remove BOTH timing chain guides, they are completely unnecessary and are only good for making noise.

Well, if you're gonna be in there anyways, it's certainly best to replace the tensioners and chains in one shot. There's no more or less work involved with replacing one or the other. So unless you just really want to tear it apart twice, do it all. Just make sure and inspect your gears and make sur...

Ya know, I ran into a similar problem when I first went turbo. It looked just like that. I thought I had oil coming from all kinds of places, from the valve seals, the turbo shaft seal. It turned out to be just unburned gas mixing with the carbon in the cumbustion chamber/head to look just like oil....

I think you can only get Nissan calipers from parts stores. They just take the cores you trade in (which should be Nissan) and send 'em off to someone else to rebuild them to near factory specs.

Eh, it would be a good deal at $250, but his $400 buy it now seems a bit steep. If I were bidding, I'd go as high as $290, but then again, I could make it for under $200 including TB. The Q45 TB's usually go for $100 to $120, but there are some goons charging $200 for 'em.

It's gotta be either your wiring between the ignition and the pump or the ignition itself. If your wiring is good from point A to point B, then I'm thinking your ignition switch isn't sending the signal to the pump. Try checking the fuel pump relay wire at the ignition switch, and make sure you've g...

Not to thread jack, but my oil drain line is a ss with AN fittings, so it actually curves down and then comes back up about 2 1/2" before dumping into the pan. I figured it would be alright as the oil would just back up a little bit before draining, but not so much that it backs up to the turbo...
