Really sick build. Great choice of parts and tools. You're a jack of all trades that's for damn sure, and all of the work looks top notch. I really like the setup you got for cleanin and coating the bolts as well. I just took apart the head on the jz and was lookin for a good compressor/ installatio...

Very cool to see you got the rotary plasma cuttin thangs! Looks sweeet, production efficiency to the maxx. Do you think individual egt's only provide limited information as per uniformity across cylinders? With the backpreasure in the manifold would you wager proximity to be bends would be a lot les...

What are you doing your pipe bevels with on bends? They look super consistent. The tags and plasma cutting is fresh.

Looking good man. Bay and work is real clean. Why did you choose to do the pillar bar like that? Could be a knee exploder during a collision. Better pad it up I guess.

Have you tried cutting a collector using the rotary chuck and the plasma cutter? Or is that really difficult to configure? Seems it could be insanely efficient on collectors and y pipes and such. Especially considering how clean you've got that thing cutting.

Lol, the turbo blows and there's no diagnostic process, then you just plop another on and it blows again ?

Someone who builds a square exhaust manifold WOULD do some **** like that.

Just noticed it was a rotary too, got any pics of some cutting done with that? Did you find it difficult to get it dialed in with your controller? What all have you used it for? Seems like it has so many possibilities in both tubing and pipe. Have you tried a collector? Could def see it being sweet ...

Holy whale cock, the plennum is looking sick. The downward twist it takes is sweet. I used .125 sheet and 16 gauge on the mandrels. 16 gauge was way too thin IMO and made fit up much harder with thick sheet. If i could do it again i would use 11/12 gauge pipes and .125 sheet. Ever tried it like this...

Huh, so the helium argon helps with contamination or just runs hotter and makes it easier on thick pieces? Thanks again for all the advice. I try and hold my tongue as much as I can lol, but I can't help but ask when I see something I want to improve on. That's a small cleaning cycle as well. My htp...

Retarded uniform port work man. Are you using sanding drums on a die grinder or what? Is the final finish done with scotch brite like the runner? Did you burn the contaminants out of the cast before welding the runners or does the polished finish help against trapping dirt? What cleaning %? 1/8th tu...

Well, hopefully its not differently slow. Best of luck to ya, heard the new AEM is a bit of a diff operating system but not too bad. Should be interesting. I have seen some is300's that are quick. Just is a lot of hassle to say you have vvti.

Thanks tom!

Lol I don't think I'll be getting too far ahead. I needa get some Skilla. Why the vvti motor might I ask? The vvti head is one of the worst flowing ones, and valve tining is difficult to even take advantage of depending on your management system.

Looks really clean, you gonna stick with factory brake lines because of the wiper motor or still gonna try and go through the cowl? You should make the intake for him and throw it on the dyno with the excessive then yours and see how much power/ where you move the power to.

Wow, thank you for taking the time to provide such a detailed response. I thought of the runner moving, but did not consider actual shrinkage as in the runner getting shorter, though it makes sense. Super coupe- keep lookin man, there's deals! You can get the motors at pretty much any JY for super cheap.
