http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/3/web/831000-831999/831102_101_full.jpg This image concerns me. Damaged turbos are not something you really want to deal with. I'd have to say, neither. That one has 2 extra holes in it and looks like a Z31 turbo. Z31 turbos use their own specialized flanges. I've provided a link to a guy comparing a turbonics knock-off T3 turbine to the Z31 T3 turbine. http://www.redz31.com/pages/turboupgrade.html It would figure... I spen...

Only? It's the worst case scenario in an engine.

If you are spending $3000 on a turbo setup, $3 more per fill-up should be small beans. Especially since you chose to create an engine that gets about 12-13 mpg under boost. If you want to save money on gas, you shouldn't turbo the engine...

My SOHC sounded exactly like that when I lost the #3 rod bearing. Thedull, hollow, metal on metal pounding that speeds up when the engine is revved is a tell-tale sign. It did that for about a day before sending the rod through the side of the block. That's no valve problem or timing chain tensioner...

Typically, you'll have to have a muffle shop do the work. If you bring them the parts, they can probably do it up fairly inexpesively. JGS has the 5 bolt flange for $30 ( part number TK049 http://www.jgstools.com/turbo/trbflg.html ). Assuming you aren't going for more than 300hp, you can just have t...

I've found it easiest just to pull the tranny with the motor. That way there are no difficult bolts to reach and it all just slides out. Just remember the drain the trans oil first or you'll have a hell of a mess on your hands.

You need to pick either a fmu or safc, not both. The safc will work just fine alone with those injectors. The safc adjust how much fuel you want to add per rpm and interpolates between tuning points. A wideband is ideal for tuning properly.

Re-install the 450cc's and set the S-AFC for -37% across the board. Download the manual to figure this out. http://www.apexi-usa.com/product_electronics_detail.asp?id=202&pageNum=1 This will make the injectors meter fuel like the stock 270cc's. Don't boost like that, just take it to the dyno and...

B: You'll have to swap differential covers on the back to bolt it in. C: Output bolt pattern must be the same. If you...

I just got my JGS kit and that is DEFINATELY not a JGS. That looks like a home-cobbled "thing"... I'd pass on that, that wastegate port is not in a good location and the welds look sub-par.
