My pump is nice and clean... suprisingly considering I live so south... But yeah, that pump looks more like a turd than a fuel pump. Good luck finding one in a wrecking yard; all of them down here in the louisiana/mississippi area all remove the tanks befofre putting them in the yard, meaning no fue...

Yeah. Take off the trim where the hatch bolts down, and loosen that side up. Push the hatch in whatever direction it needs to go. After that if it is still sitting funny, theres a couple other things to look at, or its got a bent hatch.

I know its a really old thread, but any word on how it is holding up? Im rebuilding my KA and this summer I hope to turbo it. Your setup looks very good for such a budget.

thats not the problem, the problem is the damn motor mount nuts. Nissan picked a **** place to put them, and the angle they sit at wont let you put a 1/2" drive ratchet on there, and you cant use a swivel and extension on them either... one ***** up design.

Okay, so im trying to pull my oil pan to remove my front cover... and my suspension is still on... trying to remove as little as possible. What are your suggestions for getting some GOOD leverage on these mounts... i was literally suspending myself in mid-air under my 240 trying to pull that damn ra...
