Also, ducting secondary air to and from the heat exchanger will make arguably the largest difference. Definitely. Probably number 1 most beneficial thing to do for any setup. What most intercoolers lack is a divider plate inside of the end tank to ensure that air is directed over a larger portion o...

I am an engineer I have done some work in fluids but engine dynamics and flow is not my specialty. I am a good friend of myowncasualty as well. To be honest I don't really use the low load areas... it is a pure track car... it goes into boost and stays there through the shifts until I have to wait in line. So we ran it in on the dyno in load mode today, which is pretty much directly comparable to a Mustang Dyno (we have tested it directly o...

Mickeys are the best. Who ever up there was only seeing a 1.9 60' with those tires something is wrong... probably in your suspension or track prep. I get a 1.9s 60' on Nexen n3000 255/40 R17 the most horrible street tires I have ever owned. A 1.6s 60' was my best done on Nitto555 @ 15psi. 265/40 R17...

Typically a single turbo will be best all factors considered with today's modern turbos. Sequential used to advantageous when spool time was unbearable, so it would use a small turbo to provide quick spool and boost at low rpm range and then switch over to the larger turbo in the upper rpm range. Mo...

It's crazy how much timing you can run with on E85. Crazy. Just a suggestion though... you could use some more timing in the low load areas of the map. Should help a little with off-boost response and power. The response time is already zero. This thing is a beast. And I am fairly certain I cannot ...

The vertical scale is actually in KPa I don't know what it is labelled wrong. It shows properly in TunerStudio.

I was running a injector duty cycle of about 89% with only 40psi in the rail.

Top timing about about 26 degrees.

I have no ability to screen shot my timing table right now I talked with DDS and he will try and throw it up later.

Edit; Found and fixed the dyno pic.

Yeah ... that is a modified ebay manifold... somebody tried mig welding that and made it bad...

I have never seen an ebay manifold so crappy that it has debris that will break off inside and go into the turbo.

crack yes, but ruin a turbo with a chunk... this guy helped it with that horrid welding.

I think people just need to learn how to surface, clean and torque things properly.

Increase spool time = power increase under the curve. Yeah i understand you make more power at lower RPM's, i was talking about peak power. Twin scroll is supposed to reduce (not increase) spool time (marginally) and keep top end essentially the same. This may sound harsh but Twin scroll isn't wort...

Everyone who has a v-mount here in Vegas overheats and has to spray down their coolers every couple runs typically. It also actually passes less air through each of your coolers.
