Re: precision 6266 vs borg warner s366

You might want to looking into the 6466 or 6766 if your goals are between 750-800.. I think the 6266 will run out of steam before then, but I haven't paid attention to many dyno sheets with 6266's maxed out so I may be wrong.. If I recall correctly, Precision only rates the 6266 to 735hp which from ...

Another scary thing when running a welded or solid diff is you could be sent into the wall if an axle breaks due to all the power going to one wheel.

I believe if my car didn't have the meth and ignition issues we would have had a lot more time for the fine tuning.. We wasted a l...

Yeah, thanks again for the bumper! I'm still using the tiny .63 a/r T3 housing from the 6766 and it's the ball bearing 6466.. all of the 6*66 turbos use the same exhaust housing which is cool.. I hit 8lb's of boost just before 4k rpm which is nice I guess.. I still need to do a bit of fine tuning wi...

Yeah, we tried gapping them down to .18 then up to .30 and saw no change.. It was weird because it would misfire, then continue up, then misfire again, then continue to redline.. At 2 specific rpms.. We tried changing the plugs and everything but no dice.. Also, we had an issue with the meth kit.. T...

lame results.. The engine has a weird misfire at ~3k rpm and ~5krpm everytime we tried turning up the boost with the boost controller.. I ended up with rough tune that made 308 at 8psi.. so slow.. :(

I'm going to hurry up and do the ls2 coil setup then go back for a retune..

Oh if you are running e85 then definitely get at least the .82.. The extra volume of exhaust will help make up for spool and you'll be able to run crazy high boost with no problem..
