you can run it into the valve cover, but you have to install a oil pump. on cars where its impossible to install the turbo above the level of the pan we use pumps and dump into the valve cover. the oil will back up in the turbo with out proper the proper drain and will smoke like a train.

if you want to lower the noise but keep a straight through design then check out magnaflow mufflers, we have used them on alot of our customers cars that are turbo but want a nicer exhaust note.

same here, we sell a select few SS flanges, but i really don't even make those anymore, its exspensive and there is no real advantage. we have no problems with our mild to Stainless welding just get 309 or 308 rod i've been using both and never had a mild to stainless weld crack yet.

most 2.5" 2bolt flanges will mate up to 3" 2bolt flanges. i also wouldn't waste the money on the header, you could probably buy a ebay manifold for the same price if you want to go that route, stash it in your room and give your self a reason to save up for the rest of the parts needed for...

i have had a car come thru that had a miss hift on the highway and it fused the clutch disk to the input shaft of the transmission, ended up having to cut a hole in the bell housing and then cut the input shaft to get it off.

hopefully this isnt your problem!

i believe the turbonetics Racegates take the same size flanges. any one that has those in stock should be able to compare measurements with you and possibly get them to you. we used to stock them, but with them not being great sellers we sold the last of them and never cut them again.
