I don't personally have one, but I went with one of my buddies to pick up a gun he had done in camo and saw that there was not a whole lot to the guy's shop. It was just a shed really with a bathtub in it, where he dipped the parts. He also had an airbrush to touch up errors, and a regular paint gun...

If you're talking about the ones for the ve30de in the 3rd gen maxima they are too large a diameter to fit in the spark plug holes

If you leave the rod caps on the piston rings may hold up the crank. Thinking about this, it really seems like it would just be easyer to pull the engine, with the cross member in the way, laying under the car, it just seems like a huge pita, good luck!

The upstream (closer to engine) O2 sensor is what is used for tuning, the downstream one is just there to make sure the cat is working, and there are several ways to fool that, but if you are using a tuned ecu then that part of the programming is probably already take out. Some widebands can be set ...

You can always get the vin numbers off the block and call nissan with them to find out exactly what it came out of, it you are that interested. Someone definently built that block though. Also, correct me if I'...

also, depending on who you get to weld it, you may consider switching to some SS pipe so that way they pieces are all stainless rather then ss to mild back to ss.

You're lucky the disk didn't shatter on you. you might want to change it depending on how much AL is built up on it.

from my understand hacking the maf is about as useful as using an afc, you might be able to get the fueling right but you still can't do anything with the timing, which is a real problem when you are turboing
