thanks for the reply guys.. do you mean add more grounds to the motor or battery or both? i'm in the process of pulling my base map from the chips so i can look at the cell values.. right now i'm going to be using tunerpro rt as my tuning software.. I ran into the same issue when I upgraded my inje...

Yep, the spool up hasn't changed even though I'm on a forged motor now. I find this turbo comes alive above 10psi. You'll be happy when you up the boost. That is a good news for me :) I am running 7 psi now to break in the engine. It doesn't feel stronger than my previous Z31 T3, a little disappoin...

again, it looks like you got the ports backwards. frankie I am not sure about that particular hydro ebrake, but I agree with him that it looks like you have them reversed/switched. I would think the fluid should go from bmc to the side port then from the front port to rear brake calipers. Good luck.

Yah, I know. That is what throw me off all this time. I kept tuning the idle and cruising with the latency around 0.6x - 0.7x, thinking that it should be around that value. After months of tinkering and 6 sets of plugs. I decided to just go with what the other guys saying, tune k during cruising and...

Got the coolant lines for the turbo hooked up, a little too close to the housing. Will see how it works out. Also, re-route bov vacuum line. It is working better now. Got to tune it a little more, cruising is very close to 14.7 instead of 10-11. Still need to fine tune a little more. Downpipe has so...

Thank you all for your help and pointers. I got it at last. Still have to play around a little and get it fine tune and dyno. My mistake was the latency. Lesson learned. I was told the latency of 0.73 - 0.79 ms. So, I tried to tune around that number, big mistake. Today, I just went with what everyo...

Thanks for the reply. It seems like as long as I can keep the rpm below 1500, the afr will be around 11.x Once I give it a little more throttle, it went rich. I will try to decrease the k values to see if it leans out a little while driving. It seems like something else is not set correctly, other t...

Okay. I have the chance to tune it a little. Idle is alright, except pig rich when electric fan comes on. I can deal with that with temporary using clutch fan. The main problem is it doesn't matter how I adjust the k values or latency. When I engage in 1st gear and starting to just let go of the clu...

sdaigle240, thanks for the bin. Fixed the oil feed leak and manage to crank it up to tune idle. I will list out the progress of warming up to see if your ecu is doing the same thing. At first crank, wideband is reading 14.8 then it drops to 10.0 very quickly. As the engine continues to warm up, AFR ...

You got it right. Also, since all the parts, engine I have are all for S14 and chances are some of them obd2. If I get the obd2 aem ems, then I can use it on either one with the obd1 - obd2 harness. I am currently running CalumRT but still struggling to get it runs decent, therefore I was thinking o...

yes your plugs can foul very fast and cause it to act that way. mach929 is correct. you need to get your exhaust fixed and recirculate the bov before you start doing any fine tuning or you will be chasing your tail. get it back to the shop and put fresh plugs in when you get there so they wont cry ...

what happen to the xdf with launch control? is it not there? I think the updated S14 one (i think it has LC) is near the top of the first page. The S13 one being in the S13 tunes section paired with PPCTX's tune. or just go here and do a search for 'xdf' and you'll see what i've got. http://www.liq...

What emo_tactical is trying to say is that S14 ecu's have the k-value less than a thousand. S13s on the other hand have the k-value in tens of thousands (1XXXX). You should adjust your k-value based on what you see on the air/fuel meter. Increase or decrease the value slightly and see what how the ...

I have got a few suggestion on lowering the minimum injector pulse, it is set quite high right now. Also, injector latency is set quite high also. Will try to lower that a little. Then the k value, I think mine is set too low with 750cc. Many put theirs over 10000-20000, where mine is around 575. I ...

Hey guys. I downloaded this bin: I dunno who I got this from, but I found it on my PC. From the looks of it: T3/T04 Z32 Mafs 550 injectors 15 psi (looks variable though) 34000 K value ***This tune looks like it has some pretty advanced timing, so higher octane fuel must have been a part of it. I th...
