I went back to the track tonight.
I put the heavier spring in the WG. I was running 12psi, I still have the open diff and street tires. The best of three passes,,,,,,,,13.59 @ 105 mph. and thats with spinning through first.

240tuned, you should be fine with that kit, just make sure the filter will fit with your set-up.

ill just keep my JWT ecu and I have the AEM wideband already. If I can get a little over 300 whp with this set up ill be fine with that.

my tune is JWT ecu with 550cc, z32 maf, and 255 fuel pump. My afr's are steady at WOT of 10.8, rich.

Thank you. After I took it off and replaced the WG spring and had no problems I figured it was something else that gave me my problems.

the light spring does 7 psi and the heavy spring does 12psi.
It also came with three shims to add with the springs. I might put the small spring back in with the three shims and see what that does. 12psi just seems like too much for a stock motor.

I adjusted the screw all the way back in and installed the heavier spring that came with the kit. Everything is functioning properly now. :roll: Now I boost to 12psi with no problem!

I have a jgs wastegate on my 240. I adjusted the set screw on the wastegate out a few turns and now it wont boost at all. When it starts to go in to boost it falls on its face like the spark was interrupted. I could drive it just fine when not in boost and free rev the motor.I was under the impressi...
