i have taken an engine out with leaving the tranny in twice, and both time it just slid right in with no problems it takes alot less work than getting under the car to take off the tranny mounts and driveshaft it seems to me it would be easier to deal with easily accessible tranny mount bolts than ...

i've searched and the only thing i can find is for dohc
can you remove the drivers side timing guide (loose) on the sohc and not have a problem or is it actually needed

the egr is now gone ok with the lime plug unplugged it goes down to about 2700 i switched back to the other aac and still 3000 i switched out the tps with one i had and nothign changed switched out the coolant temp sensor nothing changed i don't have an extra maf to try and i don't have a timing li...

Try unplugging lime green plug from AAC on back of intake manifold and see if idle comes down. car is idleing up and down between 1100 and 2100
figured it was the iacv
so i put on a different one and cleaned it

horsepower numbers don't always mean **** my buddies 97 se-r puts down 126 to the wheels and runs 15.0 with a 2.2 60ft another friends puts down 137 but runs a 15.9 and guess what a 15.2 with a 2.2 60ft means it will run 14.99 with a 2.0 not a hard task to complete hmm, i will have to see how this o...
