The ecu is out of an s13. The ecu is an obd1 not ob2. Im pretty sure my 95 altima is an ob1 as well right? 95 is a weird year for nissan. its a little of both if you look at the pinouts. it doesnt use the older blue obd1 harness, but uses the white harness that obd2 uses, but it isnt quite obd2. i ...

thats the plan actually. im selling it for wheels and a wideband. lol. it was a fun car and still is - sometimes. just the parts on it alone are worth good money. jwt ecu and other high dollar items. now that i think about it, the hks bpv might work really well on my evo... hmmm. LOL anyways, yeah j...

tired of my altima

hit over 35k miles on the current setup. its lost its appeal or novelty now, especially since i have a 240 and an evo.
contemplating selling it as a whole or parting it out.

You can never go wrong with Cosworth on anything. I am sure both are very similar in head gasket design. wow. you really need to look this one up. cosworth has a very rich racing heritage. Hey Asleep, wake up! Liger said "you can never go wrong with Cosworth," that means he was praising t...

i dont remember, eclypse, but what year was the jwt out of? im running a 97 ecu into 94 harness and theres A LOT of wiring to be done. the 97 harness had to be adapted into the 97 ecu. took about 2 days of soldering and re-wiring the entire ecu harness. he'll have to do the same thing if that ecu is...

you know guys, it IS in the tune because ive been pushing 11-12 lbs on my alty ka for about 15k miles now. but thats only about 270-300 hp. i think the big problem with the bottom coming apart at higher boost levels is the intake manifold. something is different in there. i also agree with ULTIMATUC...

consider what you pay for - if you buy cheap, you can afford to buy another and still not hit the price of an expensive one. or - you can buy a cheap one and and if/when it cracks, you can weld it and still not hit the purchase price of an expensive one. i run a megan on my sr and its perfectly fine...

fixed it. turned out to be that we inadvertently soldered the 12v wire to the wrong terminal on the maf sensor. i had it swapped with the 0-5v signal wire. not bad considering we soldered over 60 wires when we wired the new harness in. the maf was telling the ecu that i had tons of air coming thru i...

what is that kinked line on the intake on the right, just before the turbo? on my altima, if the air line going to the manifold is kinked, it will not idle. btw, the oil catch can would just go inline with your current line that you have going to the intake from the valve cover. wont look as nice as...
