should be good to 300whp.be 15-16 psi of boost though and I wanna say that spools around 2800 3000 so just stay under that w daily driving.gl with that though man.....put ur foot in the mfer.

sounds like u got it covered then.ur talking about a totally built motor and u must be a tuner or have someone to tune that for u. with all that put into it id go jwt and safc throw 20-25 lbs of boost at it daily but id just get a stand alone so I could tune it as close as possible and also get my 6...

u need to post pics of the strut tower amd the accociated metal attached the tower and the frame. the front of that d side frame is probably bent as the metal bumper behind the front clip is bolted to it.

eh eh eh! no grease bro.it will act like a hydrolic and u will beat it up and not get it in. pilot bearings are soaked in oil so they can lub the shaft on the tranny consistently and I agree w schmauster on taking the pp and clutch off.
maybe a film of motor oil to get it in but very very little.

ive seen 7450 on my afc before but that was hitting rev limiter for 3 sec.jwt raised my rev limit as that's w they do but rods don't like that.

i like that its ka-t specific.and like said before i ran outa money to keep the ka-t up but,,,i would definatly turbo it again if finances allowed and use this site for anything i don't already know.

break it in boosted.do low rpm pulls to around 5000-5500 then shift and decal back down to 2500 or so.

the motorman break in is what I did.i got 50,000 on the ticker since rebuild.

break it in like that for 500 then beat the **** out of it.
