If you want to keep the oil pressure switch, look into a Honda oil feed adapter. I have been using one for years and it is a much bigger piece that resists cracking. plus if you have to go back to na you can just plug off the turbo feed port.

Okay so I just want to confirm this process. It works really well. The bolt size is 10m 1.5mm thread pitch you just have to flatten two sides with a dremal or grinder, only takes a few mins. That is a nice way to save 5-15 dollars. by chance do u guys know what size thread is the head bolt holes. I know there 10mm but whats the pitch? 1.25?

Also I forgot about the scotch bright pads, I'll have to pick some up.

Do i need the aac valve?

Just a quick question I was looking around and was wondering do i need the acc valve, or can i just use the iacv valve to help with cold starts? I tried looking to see what each does but it seems people just talk about the iacv.

okay never mind found the casting at the end of the rod and matched them up. clearance is .038mm across the board. I am just wondering if that is within spec? The fsm states .01 to .035 the limit is 0.09mm. It seems strange that they would give it such a large limit compared to the range for std.
