Make sure you don't have any parts of the variable vane system holding it together, then use a rubber mallet and hit the turbine housing in a star pattern.

You also need to take into consideration the turbine housing. The maximum power of a turbo is determined by more than just the compressor.

You should put some fluid in the rack and then loop the rack lines together, not the valve lines.

You need to search a bit more. There is an entire write-up on this.

To make it work properly, you need a SOHC alternator bracket and alternator tensioning bracket as well as a SOHC thermostat housing. The original that was used for the power steering on the DOHC should suffice.

The issue with the cheap manifolds is the tube wall thickness. It is nothing close to what is necessary to make the manifold reliable. I ran the OBX manifold for awhile and even did a write up on it. I hear that it is much louder than any other turbo in its class and that off-boost driving is pretty reasonable.

Not too bad. I like how it continuously makes power. I have 2 HX35's and a WH1C sitting on my desk. I plan on using the DSM .55 A/R housing on my MR2 build. I figure it should go well with the 2.0 liter and I don't plan on making anymore than 300-325 whp.

Was the DSM running the BEP T3 .70 A/R housing or the BEP DSM .55 A/R housing?
