Fixed! There were 2 .htaccess files injected (one at domain level and one above the root domain folder on the server)...everything (including the search form) should be working fine now.

compared to ABS equipped KA there should be enough room for the s/c to fit, its just the pipe... We already manufactured the kits with the tightest 3" mandrel bend available (3" CLR) just to get everything to fit on non-ABS cars. So I don't think it's going to work without removing the AB...

Here's my advice...tune for the E85 but don't tune for the water/meth injection (meaning don't add timing or lean it out when using it)...that will keep the setup safe and reliable.

it's always something simple :) Lowering the plug gap might be a bandaid on the problem though. I was around .030" gap on stock S14 ignition at 10psi on my supercharged setup. Your gap of .020" seems a little low. What is the voltage coming into each coil? Also make sure the belt isn't sli...

Re: Supercharged KA24 misfire under load

Aren't things like this fun to figure out? Just a couple ideas: Is it misfiring at 8 psi in high RPM's only or does it occur at lower RPM's too at full boost? Have you tried gapping your plugs down even further? Can you narrow the problem down to a particular cylinder or does it occur on all 4? Coul...

Not a vacuum leak. Here's the short and sweet. AFRs are lean at idle and it misses/rough idle. Vacuum reading is 10-15inHg at idle, but if I raise RPMs to about 2k, it smooths out, AFRs go normal, and Vacuum goes down to 20inHg like it should. So vacuum increases and it gets better. Opposite of a v...

Re: questions

Hi guys! I am really wanting to supercharge my ka24de and I have a few questions. Can a/c still be used, and is a 255lph fuel pump big enough? This car has to stay as a daily driver so i really want all the comfort i can have. Yes and yes. Interesting. I didn't have to bend any lines with my kit. W...

if you want to see more boost, then the bypass valve needs to see vacuum (only between the supercharger inlet and the throttle body)

Re: E85 Tuning Thread

E85 loves more timing at the topend of the maps This is typically true but be careful how much timing you add in...otherwise, I've seen it happen before on the street where people keep adding and adding timing and they depend on knock feedback on when to stop [and at the point it knocks, it's at th...

Why do you feel the need to advertise that you have a supercharger? One of the coolest things about a supercharger setup is that it's very sleeper-ish. I've caught quite a few cars off guard who thought I was just a N/A 4 cylinder. Agreed...most people look for the intercooler in the bumper and aut...

here's how I do it...if you're starting conservative, try only 2 deg timing advance adjustment at first...and then from there try out 1 deg increments. There are many factors that come into play and also 3 runs is nowhere near enough to maximize the MBT at every RPM breakpoint anyway...would take at...

Ryan, this kit looks nice. I live in California and I'm wondering if your kit will be street legal here in Cali. I definitely want to go either normally aspirated or supercharged, but supercharger kits seems pretty scarce for the KA24DE. The kits are not carb certified but it should pass the smog p...
