Re: Single Slammer T2 Manifold
The kae-t OGs have spoken haha Make it so. But Biglou has a good point i personally have driven several t2 kas and prefer my t3. Fatter powerband boost comes in much harder.. In addition its about how much CFM per psi of boost you can run. There are so many variables you can easily find a turbo that...

Re: Single Slammer T2 Manifold
Also kae's move a lot of air, a t3 50 trim with a .48 hot side would spool super quick and have a nice fat powerband and would get you in the 300whp range easy

Re: nismo oil pressure spring set??
SOHC Nismo pump is an overpriced stock L28 pump thats all. nothing else.
just order an l28 pump or drop a washer in as stated with bump your pressure up by around 15-20psi (good if your using a cooler / filter relocation )

Re: 280zx 300zx turbos
just FYI you want the earlier version turbos for either motor, those are Super60's where as later versions are just t28s with t3 flanges.
also only difference between the z31 and s130 super60 is s130 (280zx) didnt have water ports on the turbo. on a ka they make nice torque

my understanding is the ka24e and the sr20de use the same maps, maybe very very minimal differences. when comparing on nistune.

Re: WCGWWGW KA-T Build
dont bother with a safc, its a waste of time, for the cost of a new unit you can easily have a quality rom tune or slightly more you can get diypnp or nismotronic and have a basic standalone setup and delete your maf *edited for spelling and grammar (holy crap i need to have coffee before i respond ...

Re: KA24E Running too rich on the highway
what are you using to tune? if its a rom tune or nistune you issue is default nissan added a dedicated 5th gear map for cruising,
the easy fix is to copy the primary fuel map to the 5th gear map.

you can, but a someone who has run the cx racing kit. your gonna need injectors upgraded maf and a tune for it to run 100% your gonna melt your stock clutch in 2 or 3 pulls, the WG that comes with the kit is supposed to be 8psi but ive heard stories of it being anywhere from 8 to 16psi, also mine nu...

easy fix is each butterfly flap has 2 philips screws holding it in. just remove screws and slide flap out. i ran mine like this N/A for years on stock ECU ran perfect

bkr7e have too short of a threaded shank, it will run but have blowout and the plug will not sit flush in the combustion chamber and you will have hot spots.

Re: Ka24e-t fmu, piggyback, or hacked maf?
i ran for about 6-7 months on an 10:1(which is high) fmu while i saved for nistune. which in the end im gonna switch to nismotronic cause of the increased potential of it.
ive read 6:1 or 8:1 fmu would be better. im sure others will weigh in
