Also, to be clear, I have always assumed that the terms 'damper' and 'harmonic balancer' are two different things, and a crank pulley can act as either, or both, or none.
I know that some people refer to all crank pulleys as a damper, or as a harmonic balancer, even if technically they may not be.

The stock pulley is not even a damper actually, so in my opinion the ATI pulley can only do good.

Have you already lightened everything that spins? Driveshaft, flywheel, pulleys, wheels, and whatever else you can think of. Those would be my first steps.

On the pignose bumper, a lot of people cut out the fake upper vents to make them into real vents. You could also install a Hot Road vent.
