re-shimming my buckets... is there anyone where that has them in stock? need a few different size... was looking around and saw you can use rabbit ones but they all too be too thick...

what would cause a huge valve lash difference?
just got done install my cam and the clearance calls (hot) .008 to .010 and all my clearances but two are off more then (cold).010 to .020 off... I am using BC valves/springs/retainers/guides. cams are crower 61353SX-2 im kind of stumped on why they are all off that much.... i did get the head a val...

took two more heads. One of them was warped .09 and the other was warped .02 so its still usable! thank goodness now i can get on with dumping parts into the head!

ka24de cam journals warped
so i took two heads, one that was on my bad motor (lost compression) and one off a running motor with a lower knock. Both went to a machine shop and found that both have warped cam journals. Is this a normal thing? I've read about this being 3/3 out of the heads being warped

running pretty rich, i messed with the TPS and found out i actually adjusted it wrong and i heard the dyno was reading about 10% low according to someone else that had their car dyno'd previously. dont know how accurate that is but yea. imma wait till i get my built block together and turn up the bo...

was pulling codes on my car the other day and came across this. Going to pull the injectors spray them with carb cleaner / ohm them / check connections. Anything else I should look at while doing so? The injectors are 1K delphi's.

It sounds like a bad connection. You didn't mention whether it goes up past you current rpm, so I'm using my psychic abilities to determine. -s14 95 se obd1 so about a month ago my tach started to bounce up and down randomly as if it was dancing to dubstep. A few weeks later my speedometer started to do the same thing.
