The starting system is pretty basic, so there's only so many possibilities: - Battery is not charged - Starter is defective - High resistance in the starter circuit (possible bad grounds) - Engine mechanical problem making it very difficult for the starter to crank over (unlikely) It's mostly likely...

oh hey Len. how far along is your build? well i grabbed a t25, decent quality fmic, some gauges, bov... still more hardware to aquire. found an s13 longblock with accessories for my build. i think i'll turbo my stock motor for now with the t25 and when i'm done my motor i'll swap it and put on a GT ...
