Sweet setup, I think I've seen it at some events.
Love the solution for being out of boost for e-brake entries.

Disregard above post. Got it installed on my work laptop using the V4 download available on SourceForge. You need to start it with a speciffic DLL that's in the install directory manually. I may look into a macro to make this easier. Took me a while to remember that the base data files are stored in...

Bumping this because I had one sitting around and it was the cheapest way I had to up the rev limit on my stock ecu. Anyone know where I can find the base tunes to use with the thing? I haven't touched this in a few years, so I forget most of what I knew. The origional site isn't up any more... but ...

I'll either run a second stock one if I want to be cheap (have a second in the tool box) and I have AFR issues... Or I'll go for the aeromotive... I had a Walbro burn out on me supper fast and I'd rather try the aeromotive unit since their FPR that's on my car is freaking flawless 3 years strong so ...

def the T28, you could even high boost like 10 psi and still only make maybe 320 crank and like 250-70 wheel and itll be a fun car Sorry but no way a T28 @ 10 psi makes that kind of power. 200-210whp depending on the tune. Either one of the rubos will be fine. Just make sure it's tune properly. to ...

T2 Turbo question
I've got my hands on an S14 T28 (journal bearing) turbo that needs a rebuild (oil seal). I'm also trying to get a 2860RS that is (supposedly) good. The question is which one to run? In either case I'll be running SR 370's w/ the stock fuel pump and they'll be internally gated. Should I run one or th...

No, the flow's don't dead end. The holes in the side of the block are for 'optional' flow paths. Drivers side is the block drain plug, and passenger side is for heater core / throttle body access. In all cases you see coolant arrows flowing back towards the front of the car towards the radiator afte...

Its not THAT loud. Honnest. 8) Downpipe welds look good, but I'll bet it wasn't more work making it in the first place hahah. I see what you were saying about the odd nature of the cat / cat back you're using. Also what are your plans for the EGR pipe? Call me cell, I need one in the worst way... St...

I have good stock rods with good stock pistons if you want them $40 and you pay shipping I can also provide pictures. I've got a line on some from a friend up in Detroit. But I'm waiting on weather or not he says they're in good shape or not. I'll shoot you a PM for those pics, just in case the rod...

Budget Short Block Build (need piston & vendor suggestio
I'm trying to get my spare block back together so I have a spare ready to go if I loose the stock motor thats in the car now. I'll be using it for HPDE, and want to minimize downtime in the somewhat likely event I loose a motor. I'm on a tight budget. So I'm planning to keep it to the essentials. I'...

Alright - Finally took some pictures. Sadly, my room mate totally failed at taking video of the oil leak for me... Well maybe not a total fail, on the raw video I can see it leaking from behind the crank pulley. But in compressed online video format, it probably sucks a giant donkey dick. Here are s...

Nah I bought it straight from Lucas in OZ land. Was like order number 14 or 15 on the new online ordering system. Some issues have been worked out, there was an issue with the bikirom hardware that had to be corrected to gain more functionality out of it. Still having some consult signal issues, but...

Back from a quick vacation... Dizzy was one tooth off on the idler sprocket thing... its been corrected. Spark was real real weak, wires, cap, rotor, and plugs switched out. (they needed it anyway)... but I haven't checked on how much of a difference that has made because... Number 2 injector is stu...

How much boost is that trying to build, and what size injectors are you running? Do you have a wide band so you can see what the AFR does when it breaks up like that? Do you really only have an FMU for engine management? lol you'll catch more flack for that than I do for my bikirom lol. Its a shame ...

My setup is a 50 trim on a CX racing top mount in an S14 w/ no ABS. When the car was running, it sounded an awful lot like your car.

Well, it cranks nice and strong now without leaking fuel out of the FPR... But it still wont turn over. Replaced the battery, fixed the positive cable's connection, and got the FPR working. The only thing I can think of is that the dizzy might be like one rotation off. But if its not that, I'm total...

5) Don't use the E-bay FPR they leak , stock one works fine, last thing you want to cheap out on is your fuel system but If you must- the hex bolt is for adjusting pressure, the side fitting is in and the bottom out return. LOL yep - looking for a new (decent quality) one locally tomorrow. E-Bay su...
