Stock bottom end has been seen to hold over 20PSI with no issues.

It's 100% in the tune. No knock, no bottom end death.

Underhood temps can be a bi*ch.

Just watch your coolant temps. If they're hotter than normal, might be time to consider an upgrade. Stock fan will work fine at any HP level, clutch fans move air like it's nobody's business.

Sounds like you shouldn't be deleting emissions at all.

If you're going to do any, do it all.

There's also not much of a reason to get rid of PCV. Ever. You're just concerned about keeping it running? Leave some sort of crank case ventilation.

An EGR blockoff plate is ZERO DOLLARS if you have a flat piece of steel and a drill.

But yeah, you know, cutting it off before even thinking, stellar idea.

There's also zero reason to delete EGR if you plan on DDing the car, it's only there to give you better gas mileage.

Ill pick up a light. But heres the issue. Knock and detonation and to much boost will not change depending on what plug gap I use. This problem gets better with lower plug gap. Sounds like you've solved your problem. First off plug gap has a direct effect on knock/detonation. You should be gapped i...

And they can be had for even cheaper than that.

I got a set for 50 bucks off of a local guy who has had tonnes of RX7s, he just had them sitting around.

Siemens Deka injectors as sold by Deatchwerks are pretty awesome, I ran 750CCs.

This setup worked fine for me.

If you pulled the threads out of your block, there was another issue here. You thread the studs in really deep, and backing them off 2-3 turns isn't that much.

that's just a generic graphite headgasket... re-used headbolts may have been a factor because it was a boosted motor. If it was N/A it would have been fine forever.

10000% of small blocks have head bolt holes that exit into the coolant passages, it isn't too foreign to think of. Never into oil, but into the water jacket is common on all sorts of engines.

Still haven't got pictures, H1N1 is owning me.
