Update:

I tried adjusting E200 value down to 80 or so. Did not help the quick throttle lean condition at all. Theres gotta be somewhere else that has an adjustment for that change over point.

After some more research, it seems likely to be a bad voltage regulator in the alternator.
Anyone care to add?

Although I think the k value needs some tweaking because in cold weather we had to drop the values at the top of the map and they we're lower than what the wide band was reading. It looks like there is a difference between the coolant temp sensors between the s13 and s14. I had to use an s13 one that I had sitting here because the s14 was junk from being smashed. On start the dash guage reads half way up already. On consult at full warm temp, it shows 190, higher when coming...

so, we actually cc tested the chambers. They came up at 44 where as stock is 46. I'm not too concerned about the clearances. I'm just curious how much compression is actually raised by a 2 cc difference? I'm sure it's not very much, but does anyone know?

I am building a ka24de. I bought a refurbished head from another ka-t'er. The head seems to have had too much material taken off. I measure 4.964 head height. which is outside the min by .008. All of the stock heads I have measured are at 4.974-4.976. The block was machined at .003 material removal....

I want to add:
Obviously I'm aware that by convention I should torque to whatever the machinist torqued to and did the honing at. Although, why would someone say to not torque past 50? By only going 50 instead of 60, do I risk an out of round condition?

I said the pressure was leaking into the intake manifold, not the manifold leaking. Meaning leaking past the intake valves. My turbo is freshly rebuilt. I haven't felt that I build enough oil pressure to warrant a restrictor since its a standard bearing, and I burn oil at low oil pressure scenarios....
